We are Linda and Sia Lauj (pronounced Low), a wedding and portrait photography team located in Kansas City, focused on documenting your true self and your real story. We’ll laugh, dance a little with you, and make lasting memories while capturing you.
Lauj Co. is Asian-owned and inclusive to all races and LGBTQ+. Midwest-based, but we travel worldwide.
Our Story
OUR LOVE LANGUAGE IS PHOTOGRAPHY
In 2018, Sia slid in Linda’s DMs in hopes of learning photography. The two fell in love and, only half a year later, Linda finally took Sia under her wing as her protégé. Then came Lauj Co. (pronounced Low).
The two found their strengths in one another through shooting together and were inseparable since. After falling in love with how photographers have the ability to transform how people view themselves, they became the hype duo here to calm those nerves and build your confidence during your photoshoot.

Linda Le
Linda grew up in her Viet household with a big heart for everything creative. Shooting portraits and weddings since 2012, she’s mastered the balance of being art director by day, and photographer by night. Linda loves a challenge and, at any given moment, she’s obsessing over her shiba inus, Mochi & Melon, or hopping on the next available flight to a new destination.
Little Known Fact
“I have never ate Taco Bell, even though I’m not a picky eater. Do I have FOMO? Absolutely not. Send your best recommendations and, one day, I might venture out!”
Photographer Two
Sia Lor
Did Sia envision himself as a photographer ever? No, but Lauj Co. wouldn’t exist (or be named) without him joining in on the fun. Sia’s passions are in fashion and product design, and is inspired by his Hmong heritage. You’ll most likely find him slaving over a sewing machine or holding his title as Head Chef at the Lauj Household.
Little Known Fact
“Besides our 2 fur children, Melon and Mochi, I have a new plant child, named Shu Shu. He’s a money tree I picked up from the 888 Supermarket and, true to his roots, Shu Shu is going to make me prosperous.”
